 Brent Lyday is a member of Texoma Board of REALTORS, Multiple Listing Service, the Oklahoma Association and the National Association of REALTORS.  Brent was rewarded Rookie of The Year by the Texoma Board of Realtors, and Rookie of the Year for Coldwell Banker Vanmeter Select in Durant Office for 2011. Brent also received a 2012-2013-2014-2015-2016 Multi-Million Dollar Club award. In 2014 He was awarded one of the TOP PRODUCERS for Coldwell Banker VanMeter Select.  He with his wife Michelle were awarded 2017 Coldwell Banker VanMeter Select TOP PRODUCERS of the YEAR!!  He has been in the real estate business for 9 years, and specializes in Farm and Ranch properties.  Brent is currently working on obtaining his Accredited Land Consultant Designation which he hopes to obtain by Summer of 2018.
